Q: which is the best chinese budget tablet?

I'm looking on taobao and tmall to find a chinese android tablet but since i don't read chinese i can't really find the best one 

i'm looking for something between 500 and 700 RMB

at least Android 4 

at least dual core 1.5 GHZ processor and it needs to support wifi and built in 3g sim card 

can someone help me find the best one and provide me with a link ?

Yeah, Android 4, 3g sime card supports wifi, 1.5GHZ processor. Well, that's easy because there are no tablets for that asking price between 500 to 700 rmb! 

Scandinavian:

Don't say that, this one comes close if the processor requirement can be lowered a little

Of course, some tablets in this price range, when it says it can use 3G, it is via a USB dongle or something.

I was quite happy with the HKC 701 that I purchased on taobao, it was RMB299 but it did require external 3G dongle if you werent using wi-fi
