Q: Which is the best way to spend time in china?
It would depend on your preferences, what could be the best way for me may not appeal to you.
If you were a foreigner here, some are inclined to gather and sit on a local bar and drink beer, gossip and look at the passerbys. Yet, others happily engaged or married, just want to go home and be with his loved one, visit others socially, take short trips to tourist attractions, etc.
I do know three fellows who expend 16 hours daily behind a computer screen, chatting and what not, while sipping Chinese wine.
I do not believe the local concept of KTV is too attractive to foreigners. Men playing games for moeny and drinking on one side of the room, while ladies on rhe other side, drink and sign songs......
My advise to you, try different ways to have a good time, and if you find one that fits your interests, keep doing that one while still trying new ones. It worked for me.
