Q: Which cities in China can you find the best spring-like weather year-round with little or no precip?

The question is about which province or cities can you find the most temperate weather (not frigid cold and not deathly hot) and little to no precip, oh yeah and of course little or no pollution. Looking to relocate to China for a few years and looking for a city/area of China with these standards...does such a place exist? Thanks a lot!

By spring weather, my definition is 18-20C, RH less than 70%. You want this all year round, day and night, no such place in prc.

To enjoy this kind of perfect weather ALL year round, however, is still possible. Learn from the migratory birds. Troublesome? Sure. You pay for what you get.

I posted the original answer to this weather question and within minutes noticed the low life online, switching username. There were only three other users online who I who I knew to be straight. This low life has been lurking around this forum for a few years without making any comment except downvoting so-called anti china comments. Besides using the above-mentioned two accounts I believe he also used an old guy's photo account to lurk in the dark. I also think he was once here, from the mentality definitely looked like a retarded high school (at best) western wumao, probably taken here by parents then got brainwashed. He got kicked out I think. I left two clues in my open challenge to this 'curious' low life living in some (bat) cave. Collecting more evidence here .

Still don't have a clue who you're referring to. I had a recent PM chat with Admin about one recent abusive user. We did discuss a ban/block but they'd only opne a new account.

I think you'll have to be willing to relax on at least one of your criteria there. You might find somewhere that meets two of them.

Anyway, good luck, maybe someone here will know of a place.

I am not sure that anyplace in the world matches your description. Perhaps you can give an example of a place that best describes your ideal location.

Here is my perspective to China, which is similar to America, in regards to seasons:

North China - Chicago/ New York
Central China - St. Louis/Nashville
South China - Florida
Western China - Denver/ Boulder
Inner Mongolia and Extreme North China - Alaska

yes, nothing like you want in China, Paraguay and southern Spain maybe.

Shenzhen is not good bloody hot and humid and you sweat all day long

earthizen:

Also true with the entire south east region of prc. It is getting worse yearly. Winter is basically gone with autumn gone since 2011.

Best weather in China is in Yunnan.  If you're old enough, you can ask the Doobie Brothers where to go...

Loved Yunnan when I was there last summer. Amazing weather. Great people. Amazing culture.

Yup. The locals have this grossly exaggerated (as with so many others) saying about Yunnan, spring-like weather with all four seasons (ie eternal spring). The truth is in between Jan-Mar, night time temperature hovers around 5C. Summer, daytime temperature goes up to 27C. Never trust these chinese travel descriptions. Why? They are frogs living at the bottom of the well (their idiom), ie traveling to the next village is their version of world-travel, and secondly, since when is chinese known for being precise and rational (well, except when counting money and launching psychopathic attacks)? Thirdly, their twisted obsession with their face thing, to look good even if they have to lie.

Kunming is supposedly known as the 'Spring City', but it can be cold in winter, and the pay (for foreign teachers) can be low
