Judging from the literally hundreds of students of mine who have taken it as an English name, apparently they find "Kaka" to be extremely beautiful, like a summer day.

I have a few students with that name. I cannot bring myself to call them by that name so eitehr I use their Chinese names or I shorten it to "Mr. Ka".

The nickname for "Benjamin" (Ben). Apparently ben(4) means fool or stupid.

just like "tom"and "lucy",that's use abusely cause nearly all the english books in china have tom and lucy in ..haha
