Q: Which job will you go for?
If there are two job apportunity offed by 2 companies,if you go for the first one,you will be a service manger/project manger and have the decent slary offered,but this job is not the most interested one in your eyes.
Another one is the job you like,but will pay you least 1000rmb less.
If it were you,which job will you go for?
to me jobs are not about money. It is more about do I fit in to the company culture. Read up on the two companies which one appeals to you more and the one that you can relate to more as a person and team.
Also which company can you see having a future in? How will help you develop professionally?

Thank you,brisguy,I will consider about it carefullyIf possible to keep dreams and good salary together.I am doing the job I like,but this one doesnt have good paid and the products are too expensive to sell,some has to sell to the government which makes it tough.And the benifits of this company is not good,just is the job I like,the area is good,nothing else more,no good future.

There are too many variables to consider. For example, the first may pay 50,000 rmb per month but the second only 49,000 rmb. In that circumstance, what difference does a 1000 rmb here or there make in the long run? Most people would choose the one that they liked best.
However, if the first one had a 5000 rmb salary and the second a 4000 rmb salary, that 1000 rmb would seem a much bigger difference and could make the difference between being able to afford essentials such as rent.
There are also numerous additional factors such as benefits, holidays, working conditions etc.
I'll say as Kaiwen.
But personally... if a difference is less then... lets say... 20% - I'll take the more interesting (for me) job.
I'm now working for my "homeland" company, but when searching for job in China... I'll count minimal monthly income like this (if it's really the job that I like):
cost of accommodation + logistic (travel to/from workplace etc.) + cost of daily life (food, sanitary etc.) + cost of travels to home (divided - per month salary) + cost of insurances, visas, and other necessary formalities (divided - per month salary) + cost of entertainment (nightlife, leisure travels and so on...) + ... hm... at list 20-30% extra for unexpected expenses or just for saving
1000 rmb? Uh... that's weekend fun money, take the second job.
are you saying there is a difference of 1000? thats not that much money. take the second one. (unless of course the first job is 2000 and the second is 1000)

.He sat like a monkey.Or did he feel shy in front of a chinese young woman,okay ,I am kidding. He even didn't kown how to interview me,give me feeling like he is a young boy,but he is a young guy.Which I am so doubt about it how did he become the manager?
