Q: which province has the best behaved people?
asking a question to get a positive response 
It would be pretty bad if no one could provide a real answer for this, destroying your chance for a question with a positive response. Cause a little bird told me that all we enjoy doing on this site is smearing China and its culture.
From my experience, Shangdong people are the most friendly and hospitable.
DaBen thank you for saying this just you will be in the dog box as I am. they guys here cant give China any credit here and if someone see something good in China then there is hell to play in this site. China cant be this bad if these people still around. I have been to 26 other countries before (some more than once) and the counties i was suppose to stay longer didn't keep me there cause im contracted... no contract will force me to live where i don't want to be.

See I can be positive too!!! The people there are very organized, polite, clean, sophisticated... Actually quite cultivated!! If we can include "special administrative zones" I would also say Hong Kong!! SEE I SAID 2 PLACES!!! I can give credit where it's due!
