Which sites can I find university english teaching job for native American in Shanghai?Which uniersity can pay 20K plus free house?

No university in China gonna pay you 20K RMB with free housing. Base income is 5K RMB, you can get 9K RMB if you have a PhD, experience, and reputation. Housing is a perk, most likely to happen in provinces rather in Shanghai/Beijing. Incomes are fixed by the Education Ministry, so it's not like you can negociate a lot.
The Chinese Academy of Science have a fund, Research Fellowship for International Young Scientist, that gives 10K RMB for one year, for a young scientist. You need to have a project proposal and a prospective host lab. It's non-renewable. 40 people got elected for this fund this year, much more people are applying. So you need a good publication list to have a chance.
20k for a uni job? And teaching English? Please come back to earth! There's a line waiting to get that job for much lesser.

Better stay at the school. Unis don't have the budget to pay that kind of salary. Most teachers work only 15 to 20 hours per week. Forget about less work and more pay if that's what he's thinking.
