Part-time work is NOW possible for foreigners. You need to make arrangements with the company you have a contract with. Your obligations are with them. The part-time work needs to be flexible around your contract company. This went into effect about two years ago.

No, you won't be able to work at other companies other than only at the one which sponsored your Z visa and other permits for it!

 

You can legally work only at the Z visa sponsor, working anywhere else (even with the consent of your primary employer!) is illegal.

No you won't be able to because you have the permission to work for just one company aside from that I don't think there's any other option
