Anyway, yesteray, a hurricane was hitting Floria, and my mate was complaining that the beaches were closed.
He accepted it. Hey man, beaches are closed.
Just the same as New Jersey, when Chris Christy and family had the beach to themselves.
My question is simple
Who invented these rules in the USA? What Party
Closed beaches? It takes an act of parliament to close a beach in Socialist UK. In China I suspect it just takes money.

You're missing the point. In Socialist UK, a beach can ONLY be closed by an act of Parilament.
In freedom-loving capitalist USA, all it takes is someone to say so (or, in the case of Christi, a bit of money).

Lyndon Johnson created the Nanny State with the new deal some call the raw deal in the sixties that let black men have no responsibility for fatherhood and no repercussions. The result was a plantation black minority that like, german citizens in love with hitler, have voted lockstep for democrats giving them free stuff ever since, income tax credits, cell phones, etc. Liberals love Johnson because this actually worked and blacks have voted over 90 percent democrat in every national election since, no matter how bad the democratic was they still got the vote. Good or bad, left or right, this is the results and what happened. The money transferred under these programs over the years is about 13 to 20 trillion in welfare transfer payments depending on who creates the numbers and some conservative sites throw in social security payments which would be paid regardless of race to make numbers look even higher. The results are worthless, the percentage of Americans living in poverty, again depends on the source, 13 to 17 percent, is still the same as it was in 1965. The money did not change the numbers. Some say it could be worse, excuse from the left, some say it should have never happened, the right, but nobody ever goes back and tells what went wrong and why it hasn't worked, the answer is always from the government, gives us more money so we can get it right this time. The result or unintended consequence of this that know one predicted is now twice as many white Americans are on welfare as Americans who happen to be black, so the racial component of welfare is just a joke and a fabricated talking point and the dependency of the majority race on welfare was created by the very mess they created with these laws.

Some right wingers will not call money transfers the nanny state, but instead think of it as the government being you mommy or daddy telling you what to do, like not going to the beach during a hurricane. The logic is I know if it dangerous and I will leave, you don't need to tell me but government always assumes citizens are stupid and lack reasonable responsibility for doing the best choice.
This started in 1972 when government enforced seat belt laws on an individual who is in his own private automobile. Another examples was warning labels on everything because some people have no common sense, treat everyone like the least common denominator.

Government puts in rules to help the more stupid porption of the population live longer.

Scotland for example, a socialist country, has no law of trespass. Our freedom is enshrined in law. we can basically go where the fuck we want, and no fucker can stop us.

It's because Americans love being uber-compensated for their own stupidity...
Yes, it's stupid to go to a beach during a hurricane or typhoon... and even more stupid to surf in one... but, if someone does it, and they get injured, they're guaranteed a huge payout because someone else didn't stop them (soon, obviously, people will be suing their friends for not stopping them...).
And, yes, it so reminds me of the guys eaten by tigers by jumping over the fence to avoid paying.

A public beach has to have paid lifeguards, if there is no budget and no pay, no lifeguard. No lifeguard, no beach.
