I got into 'The Last Samurai' 2003, greatest T. Cruise role, IMO. Am into Martial arts, beside beautiful Asian women.

If you mean a manned mission then a private Dutch company will be going in about 6 years.

@shining, no, they plan to have them live there. They will broadcast the events on a 24 hour feed. This is how they plan to make their money back. It is pretty much a death sentence for those who go (volunteers who are currently undergoing training) but their deaths will help pave the way for a more permanent human settlement on Mars.
You've missed the boat. China was there around 2000 yr ago. Hell, it's theirs!

The question is, Delphine, who is going to be first to get to you? I'm pretty sure you have never been "annexed".
I don't know about other places. But at the capital, with all the smog and traffic people are more concerned about having trouble getting to work and not getting to Mars.
If problems getting to work is resolved, I don't see how China will have any issues getting to Mars...first.
