Q: Who kowns the law?
A girl spread the rumor for me for making people hate me.She told I am sleeping around with western men in the hostel and make me sad.Does she break the chinese law,any of you have chinese law friend?

Chinese people always gossip. I think people gossip that any Chinese woman with a foreigner is with him for money. That causes problems. I know the Chinese gossiped about me, but it was true.
Victoria, you tell everyone on this forum that you are sleeping with foreign men. And i know chinese people like gossiping. You are causing this problem yourself with the way you behave.

then what she is spreading is correct. she can not get in trouble for "spreading rumors" unless you are a member of the ccp. actually china is designed for this , she is doing what she was programmed to do. you are not behaving like a good chinese nationalist. what you need to do is make a decision. do you want live a free life, where you can do what you want to do, and not be forced to do what your govt wants you to do? then you must go to europe or NYC, LA, or miami. (SF would just make you eat and scissor other women)
now if you want this girl to stop spreading romurs about you then you need to find a way to get her laid. her problem is that she is jealous that you are having great sex while she has no clue.
this is exactly why i told you not to screw guys around where you live or where you work. go to the other side of shanghai. or find guys just outside of shanghai. have them come into town for weekend rendezvous.

Victoria, this a forum for foreigners, with contributions from Chinese as well, to debate, question and occasionally rant over their experiences with China. It is not a place to advertise that you will sleep with anyone who you like and then complain about that you are called out on that. Miss A is quite correct in what she has said and shows far more class and ladylike qualities than you in this respect. Girls who sleep around as easily as you do gather a reputation, whether or not that is fair is another issue when men doing the same are not rewarded the same treatment. You know this to be true but you are behaving like a spoilt child who has been caught doing wrong things. If you wish to be seen as a lady then act as a lady but do not have tantrums if you are called out as a slut when you are clearly acting as a slut.
