I feel I am more important as I make all the important decisions. She is a potato head only with the CEO title.

Potato heads are everywhere. However, potato head holding leading position is more visible, i.e. into other people's faces.
The biggest problem of 'potato head' is:
"It's very hard for her/him to listen to the other people's advices. They can't realize that it would make them smarter once they would listen to the good suggestions."
Was dealing with some public office in my home country few months ago. She-the-boss is having business all around the Europe, so her email has info about the time of operations written bilingual .. in English also.
Once, she sent me an email, I realized, her English text isn't written correctly. I sent her correction of her English text and she replied:
"Thank you! I will edit my English text!"
Next day, she sent me another email:
"Do not correct my email text anymore!"
... on the top of the other business things she wrote it to me. 
I wanted to help her ... free of charge, but she instead felt her big potato head 
... is getting larger.

I am facing the samilar situation. The potato head though not getting well results for business revinue, boast about herself on echinacities constantly. Sometimes I feel like to just let her company go backrupted, but I can't since it is also my company.

That is so wrong. Often time if the CEO happens to be not the founder, this company often has a board and it is a company has a lot of investors and board members. It is like a football team plays together. The CEO is the most important memeber in the team who has the capability to lead the company to bring the best interest to the team. If I ever have to hire a CEO for my company one day, I will treat him/her with full respect rather than a servant.
