Q: who should hold foriegn expert book,teacher or school

I think the teacher is reponsible for the use of the book legally,so they should hold it,but schools try to hold it,so can you DEMAND your f.e.c

you rarely have to show it and it must be returned to the school at the end so the school should hold on to it. and the few times you need it they will give you a copy or loan it to you

You have no real reason have it, unless you buy a car or get a tourism card etc, (as I had to do).
As crimo said, they should give you a copy if you need it.
Is there a reason why you think you need to have it in your possession?
