Q: Why is abrupt weaning so common in China?

Why is abrupt weaning so common in china??? below 1 year... even 6months.. sometimes even lesser... well some mothers dont feed breast milk at all!!!

 

its so hard to explain to them why they should not be doing this to the child...

  My wife plans to breast feed for two years and says most mothers breast feed for over a year.

If they don't wean then then, they never can. I have never been weaned. Pass one of those over.
