It's not, "Can you tell me how to get a job?" so much as, "Find me a job because I'm not a native English speaker and I can't read the relevant laws that state I am unqualified for a z-visa in China."

icnif77:

I don't think, Chinese law require only 'Native English Teacher can get WP'.

I believe, decision to grant WP to Non-Native is Provincial decision, and it's open to Non-Natives in some Provinces.

I had WP in Hebei, Liaoning, Xinjiang, Fujian, Hunan, with first one in 2010, and last one 2 months ago.

Guangdong and Jiangsu SAFEA wouldn't grant me WP not even at RP extension. Also in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen schools told me, they couldn't process Z or RP extension for me.

It isn't the same in China as it is in Taiwan, S. Korea, Russia, Japan, and few others, where WP for English teacher is granted only to Native English passport holder.

It still doesn't explain the attitude of, "Do a job search for me and send me the links."

Maybe you should offer them a job. Or at the very least refer to a CFTU approved recruiter.
