Advancement and "success" based on guanxi instead of merit. Edit: not all are stupid. My boss is actually pretty intelligent and quick to understand and offer improvements upon concepts he's never been exposed to.

My boss kick asses, he is really intelligent and has all the required skills for his position or more.

And he is sitting besides me while I write this.

Hard to train white monkey so mmad every day

mattsm84:

Well, obviously. "So mmad" is incredibly difficult. If even after 5000 years of history the inscrutable race of philosopher kings known as Chinese bosses still find "so mmad" tiring then what chance do the rest of us lower primates have?

I don't know aren't you chinese and aren't you a boss? Great! Now you don't include yourself? I don't get the detail period, but you should try to let your employees take a break once in awhile YIAN!

well like most idiots here who end up being a boss think of making money today rather than planing for tomorrow. i dont know if you realized in china they would rather scam you today and never come back instead of being a regular who comes every day.

if my boss was an idiot i wouldnt work for her, shes treats me well and always involves me in decision making
