Well, as a young and new generation of Chinese man (I from Chinese mainland), I believe that I have to say something. I am in USA for studying a graduate degree and my current girlfriend is an American girl.

I want to talk more about young generation about Chinese people. When I mentioned young generation, it means the Chinese people who were born after 1980s.

Firstly, I saw lots of comments regarding religion. Yes, I have to say yes, in China Mainland, in the older generation, very very few people believe in God. The reason for this is because of the Communism. You know, around 30 years ago, you can get killed because your religion. BUT now, China has more freedom and young people all received good education. Lots of us read Bible and began to go to Church. SO, for young generation, at least, they dont believe in Communism and they like to know God.

Secondly, lots of comments say something about negative aspects about Chinese husband. I admit in some degree, they are true. Because China has a long history and there are really some very bad traditions in ancient China. For example, In ancient China, the man can get wives as much as they want if the man has lots of money. Another example, the wife cannot ask for divorce because   if the divorce really happened, she would never marry again. So in one word, in ancient China, the women's social status is very low. 

But in modern China, the things are totally different. The young Chinese guys they really really respect their girlfriends or their wives. We know what is love, how to love. 

Finally, I want to say, you cannot say the best husbands are usually from which certain country. It really depends on people whom you met, is that right? For some very conservative Chinese home, it is true that some families they dont want to find the husband or wife who is not Chinese, but this is the same in USA isn't it??
