i have heard that chinese government has a rule that any building higher six storey must have elevators , and since the the universities dont want to spend on elevators so they build upto six

I have seen 4, 5, 6 and 7 story dormitories.

I am sitting in a 16 story university dorm as I type this message.

My dorm is also a six storeyed on, and unfortunately i live on the sixth floor, everyday i must climb up and down several times. well, the design is not always good for nothing, i can keep fit and get a heathy life
