I guess some people like asians, so once you're in China, Chinese people are, you know, kind of abundant.

To me, there's something slightly usettling about a person, of any gender or ethnicity, who is looking for a racial-fantasy-fetish-fulfiller, rather than a partner. 

It's not just the foreign-guy-Chinese-girl thing. I used to work with a local girl who had a MASSIVE thing for what she called 'the black guy, but only the good black guy, the one from the western country', and she'd spent a LOT of time detailing the exact physical specifications she required, before announcing she was going to move to Africa! It creeped the hell out of me and pissed me off immensely...

Nevermind, I agree with Alex. Why do you assume that the person is creepy? ? Some men like/prefer Asian gals..so what? ?

I've met guys who only like asian girls and yeah sometimes it comes across at creepy. But the more I think about I think "so what?".....I think brazilian girls are really really sexy, does that make me a creep?  

Some people are just attracted to certain type of girls....as long as you arent doing anything weird I don't think it's too creepy. I know a friend back home who's only dated overweight girls, a bit weird sure, but thats his thing for whatever reason and he's happy and he aint harming anyone so whatever.

I'm specifically attracted to only Chinese girls. Actually, only one Chinese girl: the one I married. Am I, Uncle Xiang, extra creepy? Well, I suppose you'll have to ask someone who knows me. I'm very kind-hearted when not involved in drive-by shootings.

Do you know what chaps my hide? When creepy people make posts like this so they can divert attention from their creepiness -- as if to exclude theselves from a demographic they belong to, but are too insecure to admit it -- instead of embracing it wholeheartedly. Now, I don't mean the bad creepy, just the good creepy. There is such a thing, right? Heck, I don't know.

And damn, I love Asians. Sorry, but they're much more feminine than a lot of women I met back home. That isn't to say they're all the same. Why, I just met the most masculine female lesbian (as opposed to a male lesbian) ever, and her seemingly-lesbian daughter (pink clothes, feminine appearance) who turned out to be a boy.

And these are private matters, truly.  Why be so judgmental? There are lots of creepy old foreigner men here, for sure, and there are lots of creepy, young foreigner men here, and the same goes for the locals and on the other hand, there are innumerous respectable foreigners, young and old, etc., etc.  Kind of strikes me as a small-town attitude, IMHO, nothing more.

It's not that I've got yellow fever. It's that I find Western girls' attitudes to be too masculine, their divorce rates to be too high, and their desire to marry too weak. White girls and Chinese girls are both pretty. But the latter have a better track record with marriage and femininity. It doesn't have much to do with their outward appearance.

Yes, I am indeed one of those on here who really does like China. And, it's not wrong. The divorce rates in Western countries are much higher than in China, and in can't eighty percent of those divorces, the wives are the ones who initiate them.that This is not open to debate, as it's a matter of national census records.
Now, our definitions of femininity do probably conflict, as do our definitions of a healthy marriage. Those are relative terms. What is feminine to me might not be to you and your ilk, and visa-versa.
You seem to have been burnt in the past by the girls here you've tried to date. For that, you have my sympathies. I try to encourage Western men who are not open-minded to multiculturalism to avoid romantic endeavors here for exactly that reason; their adventurous and often scandalous attempts tend to hurt everyone involved.
My advice? If you don't like China, consider leaving. There are hundreds of other countries to hunt for your next ex-wife.

Everybody has different tastes.  Get over it.  

When I grew up, there were very few non-white girls around me. There were a few black girls, but they didn't seem much different in behaviour. By the time I had hormones, I was developing feelings for girls at school, but they were consistently attracted to jocks and bullies. The few Asian girls I met were beautiful and mysterious, didn't seem into the attention-seeking popularity thing (again, I had only met a few and boy was I mistaken), and I had never sewen one who smoked. I'm speculating, but perhaps Asian girls met my rigid teenage requirements of the perfect woman, where girls of *my* race were disappointing me and forcing me into denials and rationalizations about my self-image.

I may have let my misconceptions lead me into relationships with Asian women. At this point in my life, I have some regrets about the decisions I made. But my 2nd child will be born this year, so I wouldn't want to turn back time. I've made my bed, so I'll lie in it.

Ive been here 7 years and ive never came down with yellow fever. I hate asian porn ( i can only watch it when the volume is turned down. Shut up ladies!) And in alL my years here only been involved with 2 chinese girls. One was known for her western shape.. And the other ( my wife) is definatly a chinese girl but because shes so damn cool ethnicity had nothing to do with it.

And I don't know about you guys, but I come from an Indian Reservation. If I wanted to find a mate here, I'd be marrying my cousin. Generations of inbreeding = NO THANKS. Personally, I come from a country that has a divirce rate around 60%, so excuse me if I look for someone originating from a culture that has a slightly higher value for family.
