Q: Why are so many shoe marks on the walls?
I see this in my apartment, stairwells, walls in random buildings. Why? Are there a lot of bugs to kill here?
That is an esay one to answer, because persons do lean on a wall, and raise one foot and pace it on it because they do not wish their backs to touch the wall (supposely it is not clean). Same reason for not touching handrails on stairways, and many other things.
