Ha ha. What a fantastic word. The last bastion of the sexually immature/ incapable. Most often wielded as a weapon by young men who have the urge but not the ability to talk their way into a position to satisfy it.
Seriously, it's a bad word to use. It harks back to the days of suppression of women, unequal rights and over zealous religious people determined to stop people enjoying themselves.
It's a word used by bullies. It's a word whispered by nasty unsatisfied busy bodies over garden fences.
In short, not a nice word to use at all. It should be relegated to the anus of history.

Every society needs good sluts. They create good gossip, keep officials on their toes, and keep things from getting too boring for the rest of us.
I assume by 'sluts' you mean the guys, cos usually its a term ( a terrible one) used to describe 'loose' women in the West.
And I don't see too many foreign women with Chinese men (always wondered why?)
Well, to answer your question;
1) cos they can
2) the local girls like foreign men
3) the foreigners are not she-boys or mummy' boys
4) they treat the women well (better than the local guys do!)
