Q: why cant Chinese obey simple traffic rules?
like stopping on red lights, or driving on the right side of the rode. not even stopping when people are crossing the street. they actually drive faster. like daring the pedestrians not move out of the way.
is it a face thing? stopping on a red light is a lose of face? if you stop to let a woman cross the road. dose it mean you lost face because you stopped for her?
why do you even have driving tests to get your license?
