Q: Why can't Chinese people obey laws in other countries?
Yet another story about Chinese smuggling of Bear paws from Canada came out today. It's a big problem from Russia too. How come the Chinese can't obey laws in other nations? They expect people to obey their laws in China. Why the hypocrisy?
You don't understand traditional Chinese culture! You want to say the Chinese are always doing the bad thing! 
the reason is because rules and regulations don't apply to chinese. they are to evolved with their 8000 years of history for such things
us mere foreigners cant possibly comprehend such highly evolved beings.
they cant follow Chinas laws, how can you expect them to follow another country's laws?
You're question should be "why can't people living in a country other than their own respect their host country". To limit the question to just Chinese abroad is so narrow minded. Do you not think non-Chinese foreigners commit plenty of crimes in other countries too? Of course they do, but you're obviously just picking on the Chinese.
Let's make this more balanced. Here are some of the many crimes foreigners in China commit. I'm sure you've committed one of these crimes before:
Working in China on non-working visas
Taking drugs
Driving while under the influence
Not registering at the police station on time
Hit and runs
Bribery
Corruption
I've asked it in this way because the Chinese on this site are always blaming everything on foreigners, so I'm pointing out the bullshit they bring to other nations. And if you want to ask that question, start your own thread and stop being a school marm, no one here cares.
