Q: Why can't most Chinese balance properly?

I don't understand why most Chinese seem to have problems balancing their bicycles, more conscerning is why they ride their Ebikes with their feet touching the ground. Don't they realise it is dangerous!

I would almost have to disagree about the balance. I've seen too many bikes that have as many people as possible or loaded down with live ducks to go to the market. So to navigate the potholes and dodge cars with such a load, gives them credit in the realm of balance.
