Q: Why do so many Chinese (Asians in general) hate coriander?

It puts the fear of dread into them! But why? It's known for its iron-boosting properties, and is generally good for the health. I would have thought the Chinese would prize this above all else...?

My mistake - when I wrote 'Asians' I was referring to East Asians: Japanese Chinese and Koreans. I've yet to meet anyone from one of these three places who really loves coriander. What's not to love? It's amazing!
ps. Sunilsah, I lived with Indians for a year and know how much they love coriander... Indian cooking is THE BEST!
