Q: Why do some of my friends' Wechat Moments reappear after it previously disappeared a week ago??

Life's most important questions

Some, not all, of their previously deleted Moments reappeared.
What explains this?

I can't see my friend's moments anymore in WeChat, but I can still message them normally. Did they block me from viewing their moments?
