Q: Why do they pass the same ads so often in public transportation?

I counted, and on my way to work this morning, they passed the same ad 17 times in the space of 25 minutes.

If the Chinese government is so intent on maintaining social order, why do they subject their population to this kind of torture?

To me, it bis a combination of two factors.

One, a lie, repeated many times per day, becomes thetruth and it will be forever in your memory cells.

And sec ond, tape or disc capacity, or memory card available is limited.
