Q: Why does China refuse to reveal Gini coefficient?

If things are getting so much 'better' for people in China, why not show the Gini coefficient to show whether there is income inequality?

Some things are just meant to stay that way. I don't think they would reveal such a thing cause that could lead to a lot of unwanted emotions some good and some bad. You wouldn't want chaos happening or tempers flaring up.

I love your "because" and "I don't know" answers. It seems you've moved on from "Kool-aid is yummy".

because it is twice as good for the common man and a thousand times as good for the rich man that is not an improvement that people are going to like.

Julio,  I only gave you a thumbs up because it is only fair that yours was collapsed and yaya's wasn't. Answers as.... special (thanks Phil) as these two, they should be on even keel.

PS. Did I spell everything correctly? I would hate to assault your mastery of proper English language skills.
