I have a new one ...

https://news.yahoo.com/critical-race-theory-day-court-192100365.html

Critical race theory has its day in court

As a July Washington Examiner editorial observed, some may obscure the discussion of critical race theory, particularly its effect on society. But Judge Ho struck at the heart of the national debate and drew a clear distinction between equality of outcome and equality of opportunity.

He writes, "There's a big difference between prohibiting racial discrimination and endorsing disparate impact theory. ... It's the difference between securing equality of opportunity regardless of race and guaranteeing equality of outcome based on race. It’s the difference between color blindness and critical race theory."

Judge Ho’s concurrence may be the first step toward equity’s judicial reckoning. As Cornell Law School professor William Jacobson wrote at Legal Insurrection earlier this week, "Those of us attacked for speaking out for equality without regard to skin color will be vindicated, and those demanding race-based outcomes will be shamed."

OP might be color blind-er ... surprise

Admin is a bit erratic about how they delete posts, doesn't seem to be any clear application of guidelines here.

I got harmonized recently. The OP question was....

will the company share my information

I replied "what company?"

Was told I had broken the rules by either spamming or advertising and "a repeat offense may lead to a permanent ban".

Don't use a recruiter, they will post your resume online for the whole world to see it.

@ ambivalentmace have never used a recruiter, doubt I ever will. Don't know if that's what the OP meant, I doubt he cared about an answer anyway, most likely just trying to get the traffic on the site up.

@ Spiderboenz The message I took from admin is don't bother replying to the first question posters asking stupid questions with crap English anymore.

I am getting the same messages and deletes almost daily.

Yesterday, I posted for free  on how Chinese gov.'s edu. prohibition didn't stop, but expanded to Internet based Co.s' with ban on Tencent and all (you know .. ) computer games it provides ... and it got deleted with message " ... spam and stay on topic ..".

I posted at my own thread  and I was accused  I ain't on topic ...

Point I wanted to make was "Chinese gov. ban didn't stop at the Education sector ...".

Deletes are limited to 5 or 6 categories and 7th being 'no explanation' or sumtin'. Now, thingy is one (big Admin.) can interpret post as he/she wishes ... and with that bans became unlimited ...

@ambi: I've often used recruiters and posting my CV to them only after I received viable offer. One must find a good recruiter and once you do all is cool&dandy with recruiters. I've got my highest paying jobs in China through the recruiters ...

Individual recruiter won't post yer CV online because she/he makes money once recruiter places FT into the job. Posting CV online would give a chance to other recruiters to place FT elsewhere.

I'd say, the problem with one's CV became public is posting it here at Find Jobs ..., which I haven't done ever.

Maybe the admin thinks the post

indecision isn't anti-China, or

indecision is anti-China but within the frame/boundary of freedom of speech, or

indecision is out-of-boundary but he/she endorses the opinions (because s/he has an opinion!)

Something thought -

I've noticed that truly strong people, mentally strong and peaceful, whether s/he is Asian, black, White or brown, seldom resort to verbal abuse of racism or become a keyboard warrior. S/he might get angry about another people but knows to deal with it gracefully.

I tend to believe those verbal *racists*/keyboard warriors (hell yeah, everywhere) kinda have been treated badly and have a broken heart.

You should be equally racist to all races, including your own.

Ki te timata mai te ako i te reo laugh i te wa e nohinohi tonu ana nga tamariki,  ka korero Maori nga tamariki ra, ka mau, a ka  tangata whenua te reo kiroto i a ratou.

If learning the language begins when children are little, those children will speak Maori and language will be natural to them.

tangata whenua = natural (residents) surprise

WOOW, I wasn't aware of dat ... I was just testing ...

That was my translation of ' tangata whenua ' because I had to use English word 'natural' from the English text " .. language will be natural to them ..." of Te Reo translation.

As I was writing above text, it would better fit 'original residents, native', IMO, but the meaning of mine matches yours in the end.

Coincidentally, I was writing about the same a week or so earlier ... at 'Chinese approach to push kids to learn English at very early age is the best ...'.

It was my observation when I worked with 2-years old Chinese babies. They acted like a vacuum ... TA asked me at the end of the class "What time is it?" and kids next day repeated the same Q at the beginning of the class instead of greeting ...   despite lesson about the time was scheduled a month later.

I was also impressed by young Dutch kids replying to their parents in three different languages way before I became a teacher and came to China.
