Because native English speakers tend not to say things like "Why does the schools in China prefers..."

Because their English is more better and thoughtful. Your question is perhaps not complete?

mldardar:

More better? How about "more betterer?" That would be the most betterest. I does prefers that there.

Because schools react to what parents want and most parents believe foreigners are automatically good teachers. Not true of course, some are some aren't. No-one here thinks that teaching is a profession that you have to train for, they just think you stand up there and do it. Also most of the Chinese teachers of English cannot speak the language properly, they are full of the usual little mistakes. If you are a teacher you are the perfect example of why Chinese are generally useless at being English teachers.

Firstly, the angle of question is correct but the way it has been put forth is wrong , question is grammatically wrong ans I would like to agree on this part with "mldardar."

Anyway, this question is multidimensional and can be answered in many different ways but I would like to keep it simple and short.

1)In China, FT's are either not supposed to teach the grammar or they are not given ample time to teach this.

2)Secondly , there is phenomena of White Monkey(I'm not being racist over here but still sorry for offending anyone),many a times I have seen caucasians and central asians teaching English not only in kindergartens but also in training centres with their most weird accent I have ever heard.

It's not that people from Native countries are having cakewalk in job, we do but if employer wants appearance then a portion of foreigners are neglected.

So, in nutshell my advice for those foreigners who are either from native speaking countries or from non-native speaking but good English levels like India and as such are victims of racism should not lose hope and should apply to trainin centre like NDI,WEB,NEw ORIENTAL and couple of other as they pay attention to merits and not looks.

They typically know when to use "does" and when to use "do".
