Q: Why is everyone making such a big deal over the 'Occupy Men's Toilets'?

Is it because Chinese media are starved for news?
Because this is organized by women?
Because it's a sign that 'people in China can protest' all the while making people laugh?

Just don't get why it makes front page of media over here.

Oh It's real, it is VERY real! You need to be careful. One day, you may be happily using the urinal when suddenly a gang of girls breaks into the men's room , picks you up over their heads and carry you outside while they set up camp in there all the while laughing and taking pictures of you on their phones. I would guess that it is just a novel situation here in China, so it makes big news here.  Besides, it may also serve to distract from more serious news...
