They all are so excited to talk about their Chinese experience, all have blogs, but it's all the same story. So boring.

Because for them personally it's special and interesting. You don't have to read their blogs or even listen to their stories, but the fact that they're experiencing something which inspires them to write and talk about is a wonderful thing!
For the blog, it comes down to a single question : do you write for the public or for yourself? If for the public, then respect them and make it interesting. If for yourself, might as well do it in your diarhee.
I find my stay in China to be exceptional. The cultural gape is mind blowing, I learn tons of different stuff, like how dancing on tables is not a common show of friendship here.
But I don't haz blog, because my life is boring. I try to make moar friends, but it fails. All i have is money and my chinese girlfriend. She won't be happies if i write everyday about her, even worse if i post pictures of her.
I wish i was special...
Hmmm, yes. But, people some people enjoy speaking of their experiences where ever they go. I find that few foreigners actually investigate any history or culture when they are abroad. They visit a few tourist attractions and act like experts on the subject. But on lhe latter side we see foreigners who have embedded themselves into foreign cultures and those are the ones with good ensight I like to read about.
