Q: Why have you allowed VIcki back
Hey admin how about banning Victoriagalaxy as she is the same Victoria you banned yesterday If you want proof here are her words,
"I saw you were very nice to me when I was banned and actually was very throughtful.You are a very sweat and caring person.I believe that kind of a person usually is good deep inside and will be appreciated by lots of people."
Please get rid of this stupid little girl.
not trying to defend anyone here, but how do you know this is vicky and not someone playing a trick on us by using some childish chinglish and appearing to be her.
on the other hand, you would think if you come back you would change your name to avoid being banned by the admin, again.
perhaps admin can tell by i p address assuming no use of vpn or proxy, not sure the perpetrator would know what these are to keep a deception going.
Vicky actually provided a good service on this forum. She gave us an insight into the thinking process of the type of person she is. I think we could all see a bit of someone we know in her.
I like a diverse forum where lots of different people can have discussions.
If the thought police had full power, I would have probably been banned long ago for America bashing.
Long live freedom of speech I say..... and the more disagreement the better the chat.

Vickie must have really infuriated Admin. One lesson about freedom of speech: Never ever piss the leadership who has absolute power to grant that kind of freedom.
From the very few posts I read of Vickie, I saw her as one one of the few people who speak many thoughts we have in our heads and yet dare not to talk about. We may feel uncomfortable with these spoken thoughts because WE think they would put us to shame by some social standards. I am not an ardent reader here so I may be wrong about this Vickie issue.
Nevertheless I thought it might be better if Admin gave an official poll to see if the banning effort would be appreciated by the majority.

you missed the obscenities Vicky threw at a couple of the guys online: and at their wives. Nor is this the first time she did that.
it is one thing commenting about posters, it is another thing commenting about their families - that was one of the lines Vicky crossed.
She had been advised previously to reflect on the comments received before posting her replies.
to their credit, the guys took her comments like adults.
If it is Vicky back, she hurt no-one but herself with her outbursts - yes i saw all the comments and was disgusted to think they came from a girl.
I then reminded myself: "she is Chinese"
While I agree that a certain level of language usage is unacceptable, it is a public forum and people do no more than reveal their true natures online.
name calling is a classic way to short-cut an argument where someone can not justify their point of view

Well said. I for one didn't agree with banning her. She was a good source of entertainment and (as ScotsAlan said) gave us insight on many Chinese girls' thinking. I had a friend like her once. She was immature with a hair trigger temper. I can't say she was as foul mouthed as Vickky though. Anyways, let her continue. She's too silly to really offend anyone and it's sort of like a human nature project for me.

she probably got the curse words from her exposure to foreigners, i am certainly guilty of teaching many curse words to chinese collegues on my bad china days, but my guilt disappeared completely when i heard the cursing of chinese at a football "soccer" match.

It's not her, it's obviously a troll. However it is clearly someone who already has an account on this forum and having multiple accounts is not allowed precisely for this reason. I'm personally glad she's gone. Being banned isn't the admin trying to be Big Brother, he's doing his job as a moderator. She constantly asked off topic question, insulted people, and apparently wrote abusive messages to Admin. Sorrel was nice to her and even she got told to sod off by Vicky in her last post.

Not much tolerance on this forum for non-conformists I see. I thought freedom of speech would be welcomed in China. I guess it is easier to be mean than kind.

Vickys posts were always popular and entertaining. She didn't offend me, her outbursts were just her temper and her culture. I don't know why she needs so much approval of her beauty,, insecure?? I wouldn't touch her. She'd go on and on about her looks and her butt. Does anyone like a fat butt like that?
This is her second ban, people asked before to let her back, she didn't offend me but her attacks on Sorrel etc were not called for. People bug me when they are just contrary even though they are loosing.

OK don't get me wrong, I found Vicki as entertaining as everyone else with her childish reactions to anyone she did not agree with. We should have a few more outlandish characters on this site like her. All I meant was seeing as admin had banned her and she pops up again so quickly admitting she was banned I was just a bit surprised to see that, although I do take the point that someone else made about impersonators. To give the foul mouthed little tramp her due she did brighten up the place.

We wanted to make sure that it was actually her before blocking- from private messages she sent to admin, and some of her posts, we have reason to believe that this isn't actually the original Victoria1987.
