It's nothing to cause a big panic.
Boil your water is the safest method out there. Look for the label/sign on the restaurant door that says health and safety... I can't remember the exact wording.
I saw this type of sign in Shanghai restaurants. You should shop at a big foreign supermarket for your grocery.
