So, um... after going through the UAE entry checkpoint with no problems, I noticed that all the Chinese females were strip-searched by big ladies in burkas. Some of the guys were strip-searched by dudes. Every single Chinese person on the plane was in the strip-search area, including the old people, but they let me go.
I noticed that many of them were being a bit rude on the plane, chewing loudly, spitting, cutting in front of everyone and trying to force their way through queues. Several of them were behaving dangerously, standing next to "DO NOT STAND HERE" areas, and ignoring all warnings to move away.
I told them in Chinese, "You can't stand here. Not safe. Not safe. Can die," and they just looked at me, the sign, looked back up, nodded at me, smiled and continued standing there. The transportation vehicle was unable to open the doors because of them.
All of them were stopped and searched at the check point. Are Chinese passengers suspicious? Did this behavior warrant being strip-searched?

When it comes to airport security I think sadly sometimes the answer is "for fun".
I once traveled with the high and mighty boss from my company, and in the airport in Paris, I got to see him strip down to his boxers in front of everyone else at the security check.
Scandinavian:
He talks loudly, snores on the plane, has an awkward fashion sense etc. He is American.
Scandinavian:
no, just a standard American twat doing his best to run a business into the ground.
Maybe they were suspected of hiding gold nuggets in their anuses. (I know Taiwanese...but they're still Chinese).

They acted dangerously and so it does warrant a complete body search. No harm with a little bit of fingering here and there.
Maybe swabbing asses to find out which ones were responsible for doing a dump on the aeroplane seats?
Did you ask them about the holiday they'd booked? Perhaps it was a perk or part of the package: "Travel to the UAE and have random rectal inspections - sign right here, offer lasts until the end of the week!"
Certain nationalities carry a stigma because enough of their cohorts have done something in the past to hold the rest of them in suspicion. What other Chinese have done in UAE or UAW airlines, I don't know.
Colombians are drug smugglers, Mexicans are illegal aliens, Muslims are terrorists, etc.
As a Mexican I can't get into the U.S.A. or Canada without one million questions because I might stay illegally. In China I go everywhere peacefully because most law enforcement personnel don't even know where the country is located.
I have never wanted to try out my hypothesis, but I believe that if I was ever rude to the TSA in the USA, I would find myself subjected to VERY careful scrutiny every single connecting flight I make.
TSA like waiters, you really dont want to be rude to them when you are still in their hands.
I would imagine it is the same in most other countries as well?
TedDBayer:
oops, I gave smart ass to immigration in US after his rudeness.
TedDBayer:
thought the 3 customs guys that came at me was bad, made them laugh so hard, we never discussed contents
Hulk:
Normally I always treat them with respect, since they are there to keep our country safe, and I respect that. However, I was rude to one TSA member once in my life, but I was mad at him for confiscating my Dragonfruit.
I don't get the big deal that everyone makes about the TSA. Would they rather have more terrorist attacks? We aren't giving up any liberty by making sure we aren't coming into the country with explosives/etc. We're saving lives.
GuilinRaf:
I realize that they do an important job to do and I respect that. But when they treat people with necessary rudeness and call people "asshole," and other choice names, THAT is when I have a problem.
Two years ago, one asks me for my passport, glances at it and slides it back. Then he just stares at me. After a minute or so, I pick up my stuff to leave and he yells at me, "Hey! Did I say you could leave???!!!".
So, I stop. He stares at me for a moment and then says "well, BYE!"
THAT is my problem with them.
RachelDiD:
I'm with GuilinRaf. I do believe that TSA has an important function, and I can usually respect TSA officers because of that function. Still, it seems that TSA's importance in keeping bombs, knives, and crazies off planes never occurred to, say, the Agency's hiring managers. TSA is full of unprofessional jerks with bloated little egos.
Must be the new company policy...if you said that all of them got strip searched even the old ladies...and the old men. If they strip searched a kid that is just foul...
I think they wanted to see for themselves whether the women had hairy bushes and the men had such incredibly small dicks.
IrvineWelsh:
Excellent.
Also I think they were checking if the women's twinkles went from left to right instead of up and down...
