Q: Will the New Criminal history checks affect where you work?

Will the new checks make it more desirable to work in smaller city's?

Maybe this is a ploy to get experienced teachers out to the Country-side ?

Maybe just as people have said just Government heavy handedness ?

Will the new rules make you  rethink smaller city's?

No, I think it is a way to clean up a seriously over population of illegal workers. They for the most part, do not pay tax, I do, they will not be subjected to paying the new Social Security Tax in China, I will. I do not care if you work here, but you should be under the same restrictions and guide lines (raped) as I am
