Q: will parents be more careful with their children?

with the events of people and children being run over, clearly due in-part to irresponsible parent allowing their 3 yearolds to play in the streets unattended. will parent gain wisdom and watch their children more carefully??????

No, the average person won't change their ways. The events in the news didn't personally happen to them so it is not of their concern.
