Q: Will you put candles in your windows on June 4th ?
This is a Hong Kong tradition to do so, to remember some events in eigthy nine.
Don't know about the HK thing but 22nd Apr is World Thinking Day. Now what shall I think about tomorrow? My schedule is full, the boss is in town, etc. Guess I won't be thinking about anything. Craps!

Don't worry Louis, a lot of local Chinese don't know about it either. My 26 year old gf had never seen the infamous tank man picture before I showed it to her.

I do remember November 17th of 1989 in Prague. with much better result than then chinese version 
Velvet Revolution :-) But problem is, than some officer beating students there, is now becoming some high-positioned shit in police rows

I remember what happened in Prague in 89, despite not being into my teens yet. I remember the name Vaclav Harvel (although perhaps not spelled correctly) and all of the world should remember that day for its significance in ending the cold war thus helping Europe come to peace after the two great wars.
Without such knowledge, I would not have any hope for China.

I was 10 years old that time. I remember many people in our town, and some teachers too, with few students, stick the tricolor ribbon (3 national colors) on outside clothing, on the heart side, we have take a walk around town from school, with teachers in front, to the sport areal and down to square, with some colorful things in hands. maybe 100 something kids and teachers. fighting for right thing without any shoots.
Second day teachers said, no more call the Comrade Teacher, but just Mr. and Mrs. Teacher, toke out the former president photo of wall in every class...

This site is weird.....I added an image on the photo above but it did not show. In the 20-30 seconds I spent editing it I got a downvote.....who is that bloody quick to downvote people or is an automatic feature of the website now?

Your link have an explicit reference to Wordpress. From what I observed, when picking things attached to a Wordpress blog, it just does not work. I don't think there is automatic picture recognition going on, that would require some serious computing power. And it would be easy to trick ^^

Wordpress is blocked, so it would simply be that. The picture can in no way be considered offensive. If I had 33 hours I would do it in ASCII art.
