20 years old Co. without FTs reviews ....I can't open their web link either. Proceed with caution.

icnif77:

I worked for Helen in 2009/10, outfit from Hangzhou, which was authorised to hire foreign teachers and place them around China. Helen sponsored Z visa with Working permit and Invitation letter, and after FT's arrival to China, he (I) was placed to School in Yingkou, Liaoning, which didn't have 'laowai authorization', but my RP was in Yingkou and FEC stated I can work at School in Yingkou. I also worked in Lin'an, Zhejiang, with Helen's Z.

In other words, one 'laowai hire authorization' (Helen) and contracts with different schools around China without 'laowai hire auth.'.

These are my conclusions and I didn't look in any Chinese Co. docs.

Above outfit might operate the same way.

Did you do due diligence prior to signing a contract by asking detailed questions on pay, hours to be worked, work conditions etc?

Did you get a contract outlining, in detail, all aspects of expected responsibilities and pay?

Did you ask for a scan of their license to hire a foreign teacher?

Did they give you the appropriate paperwork for a 'Z' visa?

Did you get any testimonials from prior foreign employees?

Did you ask for photo's of accommodation (if supplied)?

Did you get payment of utilities included in your contract?

Did the school hire you directly or were you hired through an agent?

if 'yes', then it is up to you to decide if the company is trustworthy, as it seems it is too small to rate wide exposure.
