Q: woman travelling alone
Is it dangerous to a woman travelling alone to China, concerned about sex? I mean: do western women are protect by laws against people who have sex with them?

Ummm this question is a bit unclear. Do you mean is it dangerous for women to travel alone? Or are you asking if laws protect women from rape?
Well in any case, welcome to China. It's probably one of the safest countries for women to travel around alone in. Even more so than most of our home countries I reckon. I have traveled through different parts of China and I have had hardly any behaviour towards me that I would consider sexist or about getting sex.
To be honest most men are a bit intimidated by foreign women so although they'll hassle you about buying their wares you wont get hassled about sexual stuff generally. I don't mean you should wear a low cut shirt around and hang out by your self in dark alleys but if you are sensible then you should have no problems.

hehehe you can have sex with whoever you want as long as you are both of age or even if you are under age. dont ask for money , instead ask to be taken shopping

but dont walk around the hotel room naked you could be arrested for that. i just loved the wording of the question laws regarding western women and sex becoz there are separate laws for western women and other foreign women. 
wait wait wait are you asking as a man? meaning can you legally force a western woman to have sex with you. ie rape!!! are you a serial western woman rapist???
