Q: Wuhan Airport to Wuhan train station?

I am supposed to be getting into Wuhan around 11:00 pm, I fully expect to be late, but I am wondering what is the earliest time I can get into the Wuhan railway station to buy a early morning ticket and roughly what is a realistic cost for a taxi from the airport to the Wuhan train station? How long will the taxi ride take? Thanks
