Q: From Xi'an to Shenzhen

Hi,All. Please, tell me what is the best and the cheapest way to go from Xi'an to Shenzhen? I've heard about the high speed train, but I can't find a relevant information about it.

I searched the train schedule for you.  There are 2 high speed trains leaving from Xian North station going to Shenzhen North station.  Travel time is about 9.5 hours, cost is about 890 rmb.  There are also 2 slow trains available that take either 30 or 36 hours, but the cost is only 240-260 rmb.  I used www.travelchinaguide.com

You should look for plane tickets, it is likely cheaper than high speed train. Of course the train is a nice way to travel
