Q: Yet another bullet train question

Hey thanks for the advice on my previous beijing-shanghai highspeed train question!
Normally when buying train tickets in China it seems to be impossible to get hold on return tickets, is that also the same for the new highspeed trains? I heard some rumors that it should now be possible to buy return tickets, but i never have confirmed it.

thanks for your help!

You can buy the return ticket immediately upon arrival at your destination. Before leaving is still impossible as of the date and time of this answer, at least for the Guangzhou to Wuhan line.

However, this is China and this could change before this post is completed. lol
