So, you're going home . Where do you slink into for your final dinner the night before you leave?
Wumu BBQ in Futian, for some BBQ chicken and veggies washed down with a 3 litre jug of Asahi beer. It's always my last dinner before I go home, and often my first when I arrive.
BTW...are you headed back to Van?
For me it was a sausage/veggie stir fry over thai rice done at home.
It would be either fried noodles or sweet and sour pork for me. But present plans will not allow that to happen........
I would probably just eat whatever is normal around here, like dumplings or fried rice, which are both done much better than back home.
Something with Jiucai. I love that stuff to death and I've never seen it back home.
Guilin Mifen! You just cannot get good guilin mifen outside of Guilin and you cannot get it at all outside of China.
It would have to be shredded pork with spicey green peppers, a dish of tofu, and those steamed white buns! Wonderful fare!
Sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, bbq skewers! Yum!
