I'm thinking of steal some customers from my current company, I found a good supplier who manufacturing same shipping container models as my boss does. But this guy(the business owner of that supplier) was in the partnership with my boss before and they were colleagues before starting companies even. But my boss told me that they ended the partnership for some personal problem.
I am not sure if they still have some business cooperation. I heard boss's assistant once mentioned that guy is not generous, so I wonder why she saies so if this guy has nothing to do with my boss now and the assistant girl just joined my current company one month ahead me.
Can I approach that company for my product purchasing during my employment here? And how about after I resign from my current company?

you asked a similar question before - and i didn't even have to search to find this.
this kind of behaviour, i.e. no ethics in business or dealing with customers, exemplifies why non-chinese businesses don't trust or like doing business with chinese businesses.
chinese busineses have a very poor reputation internationally when it comes to confidentiality - your behaviour is a prime example
i believe that the only thing you want from posting on here is for people to agree with what you post and not challenge your self-image.
just use a mirror and save us all from your drama (seeing as you clearly don't have any close friends with which to chat to) If you did have even one close friend, you would not post half the sh** you do.
Blondie_:
i remember that episode when Kramer is on tv promoting his coffee table book about coffee tables, that turns into a coffee table.....
icnif77:
You avoid my second Q .... woz it intentionally?
'Do you think people will still be using napkins in the year 2000?'
Blondie_:
do i think people will be using napkins in the year 2000?
to the time machine Batman, (or unicorn if you prefer that mode of transport) and i will travel back in time to answer this question........
icnif77:
Kramer was well advanced with his quotes .... He 'anticipated' people will eat differently in .... They'll just swallow the pill or they'll be IV-ded (pron. 'aii-veed-ed ) in 2000.
You can see IV bottles hanging onto people in China everywhere .... before I came to China, I thought IV is only for the terminally ill.
That must be different-China-medicine (DCM).
Blondie_:
weren't they eating chocolate bars with knives and forks in one episode of Seinfeld??
icnif77:
Yeah, that part was about (our) hands cleanliness headed by George if I recall correctly as commercial for Snickers.
icnif77:
Sorry, buTT .. Cosmo usually 'answers' to the OP's questions ....
We have to wait for OP's Q first and after that I can 'dial' the Cosmo-drome ....
It would be wiser to have a new mold made.
Get a CAD drawing made from a sample of the actual product, inform them you would like some small improvements to make your new product better than the original.
Then find your new supplier who does not have 'some personal problems' and remove any risk of making trouble with your current boss.
Viki87:
Getting a new mold made is wiser but it costes lot to make a new mold and I don't have much money now. Right better not do it now. But what if I resigned from my current company, can I buy from that supplier?
daxigua:
continue working among those peasants and save money for the new mold.
not going out or traveling.
eat more rice!
Viki87:
A new mold probally cost around 300000rmb, I'll need several new molds. Maybe I'll have enough money after 10 years later. Nah, I'm not going to wait like that, I'm already 30. I need to do something now.
daxigua:
plastic injection molds are unlikely to cost as much as you say.
Do more research and find out really how much the cost of that would be.
contact some injection mold companies and ask!
Viki87:
What if I resigned from my current company? Can I use that supplier who has connection with my boss?
You best not A) publicly state you intend to steal from your current employment and B) pursue further employment with associates of your current employment after such an ethical transgression
