Q: Does Shanghai have a trade/barter store for exchanging goods?

I heard that in Beijing there's a store where you can trade unwanted items. I have so much junk in my flat that I want to get rid of but if I can swamp them for a couple of unwanted gems then why the hell not! I haven't heard of a store like this in Shanghai though :(

Very rare in China, most people don't value second-hand goods as it's a loss of face not to buy new, the best thing to do would be advertise the items in a classified section of a local magazine or website such as That's Shanghai.
