I went to school in Germany. We have 3 kinds of schools. The "average one" (Realschule), the "under average one" (Hauptschule) and the above average one (Gymnasium). To be able visitin' a University it is neccessary havin' a above average degree. However, I only have the average degree, so I plan on applyin' for a University abroad. I know it is neccessary havin' a highschool diploma to apply for a University. The problem is my average degree isn't equal to a highschool degree (recquires 12 years of school, while my degree only recquires 10 years of school). I did 12 years in total though. Anyway, I wanna know if it's possible to apply and get accepted wif' "only" that degree? If not, is there any other way like a Community College to apply in China/Taiwan?

if your over 18 , you may be required to take the adult gaokao exam for admission like chinese students who did not finish high school. (hope your chinese is good)
in america you could take the ged exam monitored at a university to have a high school equivalent document for admission. not sure about europe on this topic.
may be a benefit to taiwan for study , but i would recommend india or philippines instead of china.
There are Education charities that take minorities in countries like Cambodia and Burma, minorities which would never be allowed into the high schools because of their ethnic background, gives then fake diplomas and sends them to Thailand, China, India, Singapore and a few other places to attend university.
Yes it might be unfair to some but there are some damn smart minority kids, I knew one girl this NGO helped. She had taught herself English vocab with only a dictionary and no practice. Her family had sold her when she was 11 to work in a textile factory. she was free when she was 17, they dumped her on the street when she caught yellow fever. They gave the girl some basic education, helped her with English, sent her to a uni in Singapore, and now she is in the US getting her degree in international law.
This girl cheated and now she is doing great in her life. If you don't have any other option, consider cheating. If your not cut out for a Chinese university, then you will fail out regardless of having a fake degree or not.

Disregard this advice. It is fake. There are severe penalties in China if you are caught cheating, and such actions bring negative attention on all foreigners.
You might want to read some of this poster's previous posts, and conflicts with other posters, before considering his "advice."
Dude, please! Ending -ing words with -in' is really bad English if you do it all the time! It has a particular place, but it's not in a forum, and it's certainly not in every sentence!!! Since I'm commenting on your English, 'wif' and 'wanna' are not good English either...
To answer your question - I don't know. Best thing to do would be to decide what you want to do, then apply to a university that has that major. Or, at least, ask their international department what their requirements are.

First of all I'm not a "dude", second that is my accent. Yes, I type how I speak. Accept it. No offense.
Traveler:
Shining. I think the spelling thing was done deliberately to try to fake an accent. It is a new poster, who has asked a question so another of his personalities can give a stupid answer.
Outcry:
Deliberately? Fakin' an accent? What is yer problem mate? I personally have no reason to do so, anyway. Spare yer unneccessary and pitiful commentaries. No one needs'em.
It is possible, if you could tell what major you are planning to take, I would have offered you some suggestions (I am a student).
The problem will be whether you will get good quality education here. Most good universities teach in Chinese medium, so if you want to study in English you may get disappointed because most professors don't speak good English to begin with.
I agree with ambi's suggestion about going to English speaking countries instead.
Photoshop. Many will disagree, but if you have the skills to bypass a High School Diploma, then by all means use photoshop. Nobody will know the difference here, and nobody will check them. You need to forge a transcript too. With that said, check out this site and sort by English-taught programs once you select a major: http://www.cucas.edu.cn/BachelorsDegree_new.shtml
A quality education in English IS possible, but you have to put a lot of effort into it -- more effort than you would put into a western college. It's all in your hands, and up to you. Hope you can achieve your dreams, homie.
EDIT: Yes, they'll accept your "10" year degree. Just sign up on CUCAS, submit an application, and upload that degree. You'll be fine. Failing that, use Photoshop.
EDIT 2: I don't advocate cheating on your tests and exams, so I recommend not doing it. I'm only saying this Photoshop route could save you time, especially if you already have the required skills.
