Q: My bf dont want to buy me iPad "not yet"? what it means?
I asked to buy me iPad cause he say it really good product. My bf buy one for he and i try and it very good. I ask him to buy for me too because he is rich enough to buy 2. He said "not yet" but I know he have enough money to buy.
Y is he wait and what do "not yet" mean in Westerner mind?

Toad, the Chinese certainly have their flaws, one of which is how easily they group up 'foreigners' together and generalize. It's a shame that in seeing me, they might misconstrue the fact that I'm as much of a dick as you are.

"Not Yet" means this relationship is not serious and please don't make any plans for the future.
The fact that your Boyfriend is rich is irrelevant. Rich people are not stupid and they do not spend money on what they don't want.
The reason your boyfriend doesn't want to buy you an iPad is that he doesn't see you as his future wife. You are just a girl he's dating and you will most likely find yourself alone very soon.
Forget about any gifts from this guy. Be realistic. Enjoy your time with him and focus on self-improvement. Keep an eye out for more serious, sincere guys and wait for that real "Click" or "True love".

He doesn't think you're worth it. If he is really rich, he probably makes wise decisions with his money. If he doesn't buy you an Ipad, there is probably a good reason. He doesn't think you deserve one. I don't know you, but you seem a little naive and immature. You are with a man for 3 weeks and you expect marriage. You want him to buy you expensive things and to wait for sex, but you don't communicate with him. Why are you asking us these questions? If he is such a great man, ask him!
You seem barely ready for a relationship. It is true, most chinese girls are more immature than western girls of the same age. You should know these basic things about western culture:
Don't ask for expensive gifts so early in a relationship unless you are putting out. (I am not encouraging you to put out, actually I am in favor of waiting until marriage, I'm just stating the obvious)
Don't speak about marriage after only 3 weeks together. This is far to soon! We get married for love, not for money (usually). You cannot really know someone after only 3 weeks.
Stop asking these questions in a public forum. Talk to your man. Communication is the most important way to get to know him and prevent misunderstandings. Chinese couples in general are very poor at communicating.
And some personal advice: you seem very young, naive, and in love. If what you say is true and his is rich and knows Chinese, he will not marry you. If you want marriage, you are wasting your time. You are not in his league. You have no idea how over your head you are. As someone else mentioned, you can enjoy the experience while it lasts, or you should go find you a Chinese boy.
