The German Chamber or Commerce is organising a Christmas dinner on December 17th. Below's the info:

German Chamber Christmas Dinner 2011
As we approach the Christmas season, the German Chamber Tianjin would like to cordially invite you to a very special Christmas celebration evening with the German community in Tianjin. Join us for delicious Christmas-Goose and steamy self-made punch/mulled wine (Glühwein) to warm up your heart sharing an atmospheric evening together with your beloved ones and friends.

Fee: RMB 150 for Chamber Members | RMB 200 for non-member
 RMB 80 for Children < 12 Years Old

I like a snowy Happy new year, rather than a no sky one...Beijing's time to ban the cars---the only solution for the time being...

Well if you say a decent Christmas dinner than Pizza Hut, Mr. Pizza, any of those japanese sushi places even going to BK or McD's would be decent. Venue:   Drei Kronen 1308 Brauhaus  路德维格1308啤酒坊西餐厅

That place is pretty decent too! As far as christmas dinners you could go to walmart and get a lot of good foods and have a decent christmas dinner right in your own kitchen!
