Interesting that you ask, i looked forever for a veg restaurant in taiyuan until friend took me to Suyuan Vegetarian Restaurant. Theyve got a big selection of imitation meats using mushrooms, soybeans, seitan (tofu like) and are very good tasting. The restaurant itself is real clean, and not great service (typical…) but a comfortable ambience for sure.

That might be the reason 'cause I don't think employer in China can secure legal Working permit by presenting degree completed online. TEFL Course completed online was/is acceptable, but I'm not sure about your MS ... Have a look at the requirements for Z visa in China ... Good luck! -- icnif77
